In this FitOasis course, we coach our clients to develop an internal connection—to spirit, to the messages your body is always sending you, and through awareness of movement through our physical world. We teach you how to use your natural intuition, how to best use your energy, when to rest and when to increase intensity based on what you feel!

What listening to your body is NOT:
I feel fatigued, I think I’ll settle down into the depths of my couch after work and summon the gods of Uber Eats.
My muscles are sore. I want to feel more comfortable and skip today’s workout.
I’m really craving an entire cake. I accidentally the whole thing, Just couldn’t stop.

Waking up with a horrible hangover from the previous nights’ party. Proceeding to spend the rest of the day in bed, with more Uber Eats.
Is it really an argument that our American society has brainwashed us into being generally complacent? We seek comfort, band-aid drugs that mask our ailments our doctors happily prescribe, foods that taste better or activities (or the lack thereof) that feel better because they are less challenging. We’ve been led to believe these things are what we “NEED” to do or have. Our society has created mindlessness and detachment from our inner compasses and awareness of our bodies because our healthcare systems are no longer about people.
